CAROLINE – head receptionist – Caroline returned to SJP in 2015, having previously been with us for many years, and leaving temporarily to raise her family. Outside the office Caroline likes running and walking her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

SAMANTHA - assistant receptionist – Samantha joined us in 2020 in front office. Outside the office Sam likes to spend time with her family, and enjoys travelling overseas.

KATE - legal cashier – Kate has been with SJP for over 20 years and is a qualified legal cashier. Outside the office Kate is a keen photographer covering weddings and family photoshoots.

ALANA – legal cashier – Alana has been with SJP since 2003 and assists Kate with the accounting. Outside the office Alana is busy with her 3 young children.



Phillipa EdmundsPhillipa Edmunds
Residential Conveyancing


PHILLIPA EDMUNDS - Member - FCILEx Legal Executive - admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2008. Ms Edmunds specialises in all matters relating to property including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leases and transfers. Pip has lived and worked in the area all her life and originally started at SJP as an office junior, to now return as a qualified Legal Executive. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, walking and enjoying the West Norfolk countryside.

KELLY – secretary to Phillipa Edmunds - Kelly has worked for SJP in the past and has returned to us recently to assist Phillipa with all her residential conveyancing matters.

MAIRI – secretary to Phillipa Edmunds – with many strings to her bow Mairi also assists with litigation matters. Mairi has been with SJP for over 25 years and is an animal lover and her daschund Forest regularly attends the office with her.


Ann SmithAnn Smith


Studied at Nottingham Law Society and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. She covers all aspects of residential conveyancing and joined the firm in February 2021. Outside the Office Ann enjoys travels in her campervan and long walks with her dog, Sophie.

JULIE – Paralegal – Julie has been with SJP since 2013 starting out as a receptionist. Outside the office Julie likes music, theatre, reading and walking on the beach with her family and dog.


Mandy TaylorMandy Taylor


Mandy joined SJP in 2002 when she moved to Norfolk with her family. After many years as a secretary then paralegal with increasing responsibility, in 2020 Mandy formalised her role as Conveyancer specialising in probate sales, however she can assist in all conveyancing matters. She now enjoys all aspects of living in Norfolk and has recently welcomed her second grandson


Rosie MeyerRosemary Meyer
Commercial/Private Client/Litigation/General Enquiries


Rosemary Meyer – Member - Solicitor – Mrs Meyer studied law at King's College London, and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She covers all areas of law that the firm offers and heads up our social media ventures. Outside the office Rosie is busy with her young family, and dogs Poppy and Pizza

SUSAN – Private Client Secretary – Susan is the most senior secretary in the firm, having worked in the offices for 32 years. She can be contacted with regards fees and appointments in our Wills and Probate Department.

TANYA – Private Client Secretary - Tanya has been with SJP for over 20 years and assists in all private client matters.

Trainee Solicitor


Kasey joined SJP in October 2020 and became a trainee solicitor in January 2021. He studied Business Law with Business Management at St Mary’s University, Twickenham and is currently studying a Masters in Legal Practice at BPP University, Cambridge. Upon completion of his training contract next year Kasey will be able to assist with all areas of law covered here at SJP. Outside of the office, Kasey enjoys reading and is a supporter of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
